Random.

Yeah, I just updated 2-3 days ago.  But I feel the need to share some random items before bed.

1. I would like to thank the inventors of belly bands.  They are AMAZING.  Technically, I can still button most of my pants.  But it feels a lot better if I don’t.  We’ll see how they hold up with an expanding belly, but so far I think they were a good investment.  Thing I’ll have to watch out for: they are soooo comfy, I might have to make a conscious effort to actually get rid of stuff that didn’t fit before I got pregnant.  I know this won’t last long (at all), but right now I feel like my wardrobe has actually expanded. All kinds of things fit just fine so long as I don’t have to zip them. *lol*

2. I haven’t (YET) reached the point where I have to pee all the time.  Which may come as a surprise since I have earned the nickname “peanut bladder” (<3 Pete).  However, sometimes I think I really reaaalllly need to pee, then I go, and I’m like…that’s it???  Ha!  Sorry if that’s TMI, but that’s why there’s a disclaimer at the top of the page, so it’s your own fault if you’re offended. =D

3. I keep forgetting to mention, I’ve been having more frequent headaches.  Something I knew was possible, but still annoying.  I try really hard not to take anything, but they only get worse, and I can very seldom just sleep it off.  Eventually, it becomes intolerable, so I take one extra-strength acetaminophen tablet, usually with a dose of caffeine (Dr’s recommendation).  It usually does the job, at least for a while.  BUT!  I’m realizing, I might be able to dodge the headache as long as I never EVER get hungry or tired.  Ha, fat chance.  I can stuff my purse with snacks, but I will usually get hungry at some point during the day.  I don’t think I’ve been particularly ravenous, but when I do get hungry, I am REALLY hungry.  At meals, I’ll eat until I think there’s no way I’ll be hungry again for a while.  An hour later, I’m either searching my purse for a snack or wishing for 2 minutes between patients so I can raid my purse for a snack.

Ramble ramble.

Bed time.

Edit: Just kidding.  I’ll get a headache no matter what I do or don’t do.  But being tired or hungry certainly doesn’t help matters.
