11 weeks.  A delightfully boring time I’ve been having since the events of my last update!  I put off posting for a few reasons (today I’m actually 11 weeks + 4 days).  In part because really there hasn’t been much to report.  And also because I’ve had some thoughts brewing about some other somewhat related thoughts that are going to be kind of hard to get out.  But I think maybe I will try.  Soon. 

According to my very scientific ticker, baby is now about the size of a lime!   That seems so huge!  I remember thinking when I was pregnant with Shiloh, it’s amazing the size of object you can have in your body and it not be REALLY obvious.   I am getting a tiny bump though.  I’ve had some tummy for a while now, but as I’ve discussed in previous posts, that was mostly bloat.  Now there’s actually a little at any time of day, and I can’t suck it all in. 😉  Here’s a pic taken at 11+1:

I guess I could smuggle a lime in that belly easily enough, but it’s still so abstract and crazy to me.

Other than that, I’m happy to report that even now, as of 11+4, I have not bled at all since the morning before the car accident.  That’s 12 days!  Woo hoo!  I still have moments when I’m scared (like when I have days of having more energy…but I’ve kind of canceled that out with the last couple of days).  But I’m really very encouraged and feeling good about things.
