Had my 2nd OB appointment today.  I actually got in early.  Couldn’t believe it.  Didn’t involve much.  Just peed in a cup, weighed, nurse took my blood pressure.  Then Dr came in, felt my uterus, measured.  Put a little jelly on the doppler, moved it around for a minute or two.  Then there it was!   Once she found it, it was really obvious what it was.  So strong and fast!  =)  She counted it at 174 BPM, which is in the normal range for 10 weeks.  It’ll be slower next time. 

I’m so happy we were able to hear it.  So cool!

Here are my next appointment times:

August 31 @ 2:15 pm (probably another quick visit like today’s)

September 28 @ 1:30 pm – ULTRASOUND appointment!  (my one and only…hope that kid isn’t too modest!)  followed by the Dr appointment at 2:00.

And as of a few minutes ago, we are now “facebook official.”  My wall has exploded! =D
